Dance Classes
I have seven subjects at University, and I really love my carrer, but if I have to choose one of the subjects as a favorite or which I like the most, I can say that is contemporany dance classes. I think that contemporany dance is closer for my than other subjects, not because I have danced it before, is because I feel the technique more natural and organic for my body than other kinds of dance. The classes If I explain it basically are composed of a warm-up, what could be a somatic experience for feeling diferent aspects to the body in movement, maybe focused in a part of the body or a quality of movement, or work out as a much active practice not separated of dancing topics but always follow different things for preparing the body to what's comming. Then we have the central part of the class where We apply all the contents in choreography phrases that are a series of movement not too long. Finally We stretch and relax.
